    I recommend this course for anyone who is considering adding a weapon to their martial arts repertoire, and want to thank Master Samery for producing this course. I had no Bo Staff experience and now feel that I'm well passed the nascent stage. The lessons are lock-step and she builds on them while adding a new challenge with each module. It culminates into a Poomsae which has nice flow and logically sound. As a former instructional designer for the U.S. military I appreciate the time and labor intensiveness that Samy put into this course and hope she produces an intermediate course in the future. I'll be the first to purchase. Thanks again, Master Samery.
